Grant
Process
Embassy Row Project grants follow a structured process from application to deployment. Each phase has clear deliverables and approval gates. Transparency is maintained throughout.
Grant Application
1-2 weeksSubmit your organization's profile, mission alignment, and specific challenges. Our team reviews eligibility based on geographic focus, organizational capacity, and alignment with Embassy Row Project priorities.
Applications are reviewed by the Embassy Row Project committee. Organizations operating in post-conflict regions or addressing critical infrastructure challenges receive priority consideration. The application process is designed to be thorough but not burdensome.
Requirements Analysis
2-3 weeksDeep dive into your critical infrastructure needs, geopolitical context, and technical requirements. Our team works directly with your stakeholders to understand operational constraints and success criteria.
This phase involves structured interviews with key stakeholders, analysis of existing systems and workflows, and assessment of security and compliance requirements. The output is a detailed specification that serves as the contract for development.
Architecture and Development
8-16 weeksQuantum-ready framework implementation with blockchain verification layers. Development proceeds in two-week cycles with regular demonstrations and feedback integration.
Development follows the KRYOS Framework methodology. Business logic is implemented in isolated layers. Decision systems include full audit trails. Each cycle produces working functionality that can be reviewed and tested by your team.
Deployment and Training
2-4 weeksSecure deployment to your infrastructure, comprehensive staff training, and operational handoff. Support continues beyond deployment to ensure successful adoption.
Deployment includes security hardening, performance optimization, and integration testing. Training covers both daily operations and administrative functions. Support agreements ensure continued access to technical assistance and system updates.
Embassy Row
Project
The Embassy Row Project provides grant-funded access to KRYOS Framework applications for organizations operating in post-conflict regions or addressing critical infrastructure challenges.
Grants are funded by technologist and philanthropist James Scott and managed through a structured review process. The project focuses on three strategic areas: geopolitical strategy, international trade and economics, and critical infrastructure resilience.
Approved grant recipients receive custom-built applications designed to their specifications, with ongoing support and maintenance included. The goal is to provide access to advanced intelligence systems for organizations that could not otherwise afford them.
Our Mission
KRYOS Dynamics develops advanced intelligence frameworks for countries and regions recovering from war or conflict. Our technology is quantum-ready and incorporates blockchain verification to ensure transparency, accountability, and resilience in critical decision-making systems.
