1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the KRYOS Dynamics website ("Site") or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). • Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate KRYOS Dynamics, a KRYOS Dynamics employee, or any other person or entity

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by KRYOS Dynamics, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Note: Intellectual property rights for custom software developed for clients are governed by separate project agreements. These Terms apply only to the website and publicly available materials.

5. User Submissions

When you submit information through our contact forms, pricing calculator, or other interactive features, you grant KRYOS Dynamics the right to use such information for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and providing our services. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the information you submit and that such information does not violate any third party's rights.

6. Disclaimers

"As Is" Basis

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

No Guarantee of Availability

9. Project Agreements

These Terms govern your use of the Site only. Engagement of KRYOS Dynamics for software development services is subject to separate project agreements, statements of work, or master service agreements that will be negotiated and executed independently. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a project agreement, the project agreement shall prevail with respect to the services covered by that agreement.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KRYOS Dynamics is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and KRYOS Dynamics concerning your use of the Site. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to your use of the Site.
